Analysts See EU’s Nanomaterial Definition Shaping Debate for Regulatory Application

The October 24, 2011, issue of BNA Daily Environment Report quotes Lynn L. Bergeson regarding the European Commission’s (EC) recommendation on the definition of nanomaterial, which will have “little to no application or regulatory utility.”
